SJ Corio Company has always delivered sale options that best meet your needs. We can offer the conduction of a quality public auction sale based on a fixed fee or a commission basis. Secondly, based on the time constraints of the client, we can offer an orderly private liquidation sale. Or lastly, SJ Corio Company can purchase the assets outright.
Appraisals

Our appraisals are used for establishing value of capital assets. It may be used as an inclusive asset listing which satisfies the needs of financial institutions, public companies, insurance companies, lending concerns, or the courts. Through the years, SJ Corio Company has compiled an extremely large database of asset values. This information has allowed us to submit accurate judgments of value in a wide range of industries. In addition, our continuous works through auctions and liquidations allow for comparable values. We also work very close with a diverse group of used equipment dealer to add to the accuracy of our asset appraisals.
